My Story
I began my professional journey with a deep curiosity about people — what drives them, what holds them back, and how they transform. Over the course of more than three decades, I built a career in learning and leadership development across global multinational companies, living and working in four different countries, navigating diverse cultures, organizations, and challenges.
What I learned is that behind every business objective, every strategy, and every change initiative, there are people — complex, capable, and often underestimated even by themselves.
I've led teams through growth, crisis, reinvention, and everything in between. I’ve coached professionals at different career stages — from emerging leaders finding their voice to executives seeking alignment between impact and meaning. Along the way, I developed a keen sense of how to connect ambition with clarity, and performance with emotional intelligence.
But this isn’t just about my track record. What truly shaped my path was the understanding that transformation is never just technical — it’s deeply human. That’s why I’ve immersed myself in disciplines like coaching, NLP, and human behavior science.
